Police seized 7,200 liters of smuggled liquor

Following a tip, the police raided an illegal production facility in Bagian village, collecting four drums carrying 7,200 litres of alcohol. During a raid on an unlawful production facility in Bagian village in Ludhiana on Tuesday, the police recovered 7,200 liters of alcohol. Ravinder Singh, Prem Singh, Sukhdev Singh, and Gurpreet Singh were identified as the suspects who managed to flee the scene.

Inspector Prem Singh, the department’s in-charge, stated that the authorities had received information about a group involved in illegal alcohol processing and smuggling. Following the information, police raided the premises on December 27 and discovered four drums holding 7,200 litres of alcohol.
